2. purposes and legal bases of data processing

Contact form (WPForms)

If you contact us via the contact form, your details, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The processing of the transmitted data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication with website visitors).

The data is collected via the plugin WPForms and, depending on the configuration, either transmitted to us by e-mail or additionally stored in the website database (if the corresponding option is activated). The data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Security: The transmission of your data is encrypted (via HTTPS). Please do not transmit any sensitive data (e.g. health information) via the form.

3. newsletter (MailPoet)

We send newsletters with MailPoet (Wysija SARL, France). The following data is stored upon registration:

  • E-mail address

  • IP address

  • Time of registration

MailPoet processes the data exclusively within the EU and is subject to the GDPR. There is an AV contract with the provider.

4. use of Google Fonts (locally integrated)

Our website uses fonts from Google Fonts, which locally integrated on our server are. It takes place No connection to Google serverstherefore no personal data is transmitted to Google.

We only use technically necessary cookies for the functionality of the site (e.g. session maintenance, language settings). Cookies requiring consent (e.g. tracking) are not used.
