We owe Honoré de Balzac the realisation: "Misfortune is our greatest teacher."
Difficult life situations may mean that you need temporary support in order to regain your balance. Marion Rainer-Umfahrer will accompany you for a while on your way to activating your own coping resources. Often all that is needed is a change of perspective.
In cases of bereavement, it is important to recognise that grief over a loss - of whatever kind - is as much a part of a person's natural life cycle as joy and is a natural reaction that requires time and space.
Our work together begins with an initial meeting to get to know each other and clarify your questions, the framework conditions and further steps. A few sessions are often enough to achieve your goals.
