Qi Gong

Qigong is an ancient Far Eastern healing method in which movement sequences combined with mindfulness, imagination and breathing create inner harmony when practised regularly.

In Qigong, you "work" with your body's own energy.

Qigong exercises harmonise the Qi (energy, life force) and direct it back into orderly channels. In this way, energy blockages can be dissolved.
